Praline spheres
Small balls of dark chocolate, filled with a delicious hazelnut praline and coated with roasted hazelnuts, pistachios, coconut or cocoa beans.
We roast all our cocoa beans ourselves. Then we conch them to create our own chocolate. All these steps are carried out in our workshop in Beussent in Pas-de-Calais.
