Deliveries and returns

Click & Collect delivery

Customers of the website www.choco-france.com are offered the order collection service in Beussent Lachelle stores.

When confirming the order, the customer selects their pickup store as well as the time and day they want. A delay of one day is necessary between payment of the order and collection of the latter in order to prepare it for you with the greatest care.

On the day of collection of your order, all you need to do is go to the seller with your ID in order to collect your order.

The withdrawal time may be extended depending on the availability of certain products in store, in this case we will contact you directly to confirm your withdrawal date if one or more products are out of stock.

Delivery rates

For each product there is a net weight and a gross weight. Delivery rates are set based on the amount of your order, the delivery method chosen by the customer when validating the order and the destination area.

To find out the delivery rates depending on the size of your order, a non-exhaustive price list is offered:

• The distribution of countries by geographical area is established automatically in connection with the price lists of our single carrier Chronopost Food & Fresh.

Transport - Shipping times

Orders are delivered by the carrier Chronopost (DPD Groupe) for mainland France and internationally.

Orders received via the internet after payment has been accepted by the credit card center, are prepared and shipped within a week.

Delivery times are as follows:

Metropolitan France: 48 hours from collection of the package by the carrier for home delivery and relay, with the exception of weekends and public holidays.

Orders registered on the website from Thursday afternoon (12:00 p.m. - French time) until Monday morning will be shipped from Monday afternoon for delivery within the deadlines announced by the carrier Chronopost.

These deadlines are given for information purposes only. No compensation can be requested in the event of a possible delay in delivery.

We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the products if the package has been opened during delivery, nor in the event of the recipient's absence when the package is dropped off.

Replacement and refund

No returns, refunds or replacements will be accepted. No reservations can be made by the customer on criteria concerning the taste, freshness and appearance of the products.

In the event that deliveries cannot be made due to problems linked to customs, strikes or damage or any other cause of force majeure under the responsibility of the carrier. The products will be replaced or refunded.
